WHY APPLY WRT LICENSE?

1. 非马来西亚籍人士，有意成立公司，并且持有公司50%以上股份。 Non-Malaysian, intending to set up a business but having more than 50% share ownership of their company.

2. 外籍公司必须申请此项执照
They must apply for the WRT License.

3. 这项执照是做贸易进出口必备的合规执照
WRT License is an important supporting document to apply for:

1. 营业场所许可证-供地方当局批准
   Business Premise License – for local Authorities approval

2. 2 工作许可证-适用于有意向入境事务处申请工作许可证(DP10)的外籍人士(董 事/股东/雇员)

   Work Permit – For Expatriates (directors / shareholders / employees who wishes to apply for a work permit (DP10) from the Immigration Department

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. 注册资本至少一百万马币
Minimum Paid-Up Capital RM1 million

2. 公司必须合规注册完成
Company Status: must be FULLY set-up

3. 必须有办公地址及电话(需提供租约) Conditions: Valid Tenancy Agreement & Phone Line

4. 新注册的公司需要提交商业计划书
