MY XPATGATEWAY (new system) 新系统
Employment pass (EP) application for company that are under the purview of any respective Agencies now must get supporting letter to attach in ESD system. It is usually according to the company business nature.
任何相关机构管辖范围内的公司的就业通行证(EP)申请现在必须获得附加在ESD系统 中的证明信。这通常是根据公司的业务性质。

PVP application mostly do not need supporting letter unless these two sectors:
PVP申请大多不需要证明信,除非以下两个领域:
1. Support Letter from Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) for Aviation. 马来西亚民航局(CAAM)航空支持函。
2. Support Letter from the Department of Mineral & Geoscience (JMG) for Mining. 矿产与地球科学部(JMG)对采矿的支持函。
ESD usually practice company tiering, the tiering system will auto populate the tiering of companies from Tier 1 (highest) to Tier 5 (lowest).
ESD通常实行公司分层,分层系统将自动填充从第1层(最高)到第5层(最低)的公司分 层。
Based on the information extracted from SSM, companies are ranked and calculated by the system according to the 5 key indicators:

MY FUTUREJOB
For EP salary that is below Rm15,000, we must obtain the prior approval from Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia and MYFutureJobs PERKESO to apply for the Support Letter from respective Agency.
对于EP工资低于RM15000的员工,我们必须事先获得马来西亚半岛劳动部和MY FutureJobs PERKESO的批准,才能向各自的机构申请支持函。
- Interview all local applicant, wait until day 8 to email the result to PERKESO, wait another 7 days for PERKESO supporting letter (that is if approved) to attach in ESD system.
面试所有本地的申请人,等到第8天再将结果通过电子邮件发送给PERKESO,再等7 天,PERKESO的支持信(如果获得批准)将附在ESD系统中。
