Eric is a licensed advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with more than 20 years in practice. He focuses on dispute resolution, particularly in company and commercial law: minority shareholder oppression, shareholder and partnership breakdowns, directors' fiduciary duties, and complex corporate restructuring and insolvency (winding-up) matters, including advising liquidators and receivers. Working in Chinese, English and Malay, he helps clients understand their corporate structure and compliance risks, and gives strategic advice they can rely on.

Koni has 13 years of experience in offshore company formation and Malaysian company registration. She helps clients with overseas investment planning, corporate structuring, opening bank accounts, and the licences and permits required to set up a factory in Malaysia. Years of work with large Chinese enterprises and multinational groups have given her deep experience in cross-border investment, offshore structuring and local compliance. She uses it to give companies systematic, end-to-end support as they establish themselves in Malaysia.
